Learn to make a variety of raw and cooked seasonal salads and dressings from fresh locally grown ingredients. Most of these will come from the polytunnel and vegetable gardens at Harewood Farm. We will include recipes for infused oils and flavoured vinegars to make delicious dressings.
We will feast on what we create. You will be enticed by the colour and flavours and vibrancy of the plant based dishes you create. The session will end with us feasting on what we have created and you will take home an essential piece of salad making kitchen kit.
