Join this empowering workshop to take your own microbial health into your own hands! Build up your gut health by learning how to safely create your own lacto-fermented foods. Feel confident in producing and eating delicious health giving vital foods. Feel healthier as you add more fermented foods into your diet. In this workshop we cover Sauerkraut, Kimchi, wet vegetable brines, shio koji and more!

You will take home your own jar of sauerkraut in a reusable glass fermenting vessel and a recipe pack to enable you to reproduce all your own ferments at home.
