Sourdough Basics workshop at Calstock Hall gives you the fundamentals to confidently create your own beautiful delicious and most importantly nutritious bread. The fermenting process that takes place when we harness wild yeasts and lactic acid bacteria allows for maximum digestibility in bread. Making your loaf not only look and taste good but allowing your body to also feel good when you eat it! No heavy bloated feeling when you eat sourdough…I frequently eat too much of my bread and don’t suffer at all, ahem, the scales may tell me different!
